The head of a textile and garment company in Ho Chi Minh City said that the company's factory producing goods for Adidas in southern Yonglong province was "afraid" to accept new orders. He said that air transportation was very expensive, but not all partners would share the cost.

The survey of Vietnam Employment Relations Research Center found that 66.7 percent of buyers agreed to delay delivery, but only 16.7 percent agreed to share the cost of air transportation. Only 1 / 5 of the buyers agree to include some epidemic prevention and control costs in the unit price.

According to a survey conducted by the center in November, 75-80 percent of workers returned to factories in southern provinces that month.
